تعرض مجموعة من منتسبي اللواء 41 بالحشد الشعبي الى حادث سير مؤسف على طريق السريع الدولي في محافظة ذي قار واثناء عودتهم من الواجب الرسمي. وقد اسفر الحادث الى استشهاد المجاهد “كاظم حكيم نعيم” واصابة 19 آخرين، حيث تم نقلهم على الفور من قبل طبابة الحشد الشعبي إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج اللازم والاشراف على حالتهم؛
